Earthworks: 

Washington Homes – Groundworks package for 26 properties

gphl has been awarded by Washington Homes the groundworks package for a development of 26 properties in the village of Bothel on the outskirts of the lake district.

Updates:

August 2021: Muckshifting and cut and fill is underway across the site and foundations will be started in the coming weeks.

 

Pipeline: 

Lagan Specialist Contracting Group 800m sea outfall pipeline

gphl are pleased to be engaged by Lagan Specialist Contracting Group for their client RAF Lossiemouth to carry out works on a sea outfall pipeline from a large-scale attenuation tank. The 600mm diameter pipe will be approximately 800m in length and is being installed across a golf course, main road, and the RAF base itself commencing November 2021.

March 2022: Main pipeline works complete. Reinstatement works in progress.

May 2022: First section of golf course reinstatement complete within 10 days of last pipe installed.
